Research and development
In Finland we have a strong focus on and continuous development ongoing in the areas of radio, packet core network and network management technologies and capabilities, as well as next generation voice solutions and software development.  Our R&D units are located in capital area, Tampere and Oulu.

Production
As a part of the company’s global network, the Oulu factory is our key manufacturing location for radio products in Europe. The production tasks range from materials management, assembly, testing, packaging, repairing and maintenance of telecommunications equipment to production planning and support, production supervision and production development.

Other functions
There is also a lot of support functions operating in Finland, for example finance and control, production related purchasing and logistics, sales, marketing, communications, legal services, human resources, and information management services.
