A culture of authenticity

The values came to be through a collaborative process. A company-wide online jam session. They come from us, the employees of Nokia Siemens Networks. Our values bind us together, and provide us with a yardstick against which to measure our actions, thinking and ways of operating. They’re ours to own and live.
