- Prior to Joining Nokia, Dimitri worked at Lucent Technologies for 17 years.
- Dimitri started his career as an assistant professor teaching Electrical Engineering
Biography
Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mississippi
With about 22 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Dimitri is a leader that has experience in different field of telecom, he started at Bell Labs in testing, and moved to software development, system engineering, pricing, business development, sales, and the last 11 years, executive management of customer teams.
Since Joining Nokia, Dimitri managed to double the business with T-Mobile USA with high profitability. Since Nokia Siemens, Dimitri managed to establish a sustainable profitable business with regional operators across the US and grew the government and VAR business by 20% plus.
Born in 1960, Dimitri is married with 2 boys (Nick and Spiro) enjoys building computers, playing computer games in his spare time and travel.
