With over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Paul is a leader with a wealth of international experience, having held executive roles spanning Australia, Europe and the Asia Pacific region. As the head of Asia Pacific Region, Paul is responsible for all Nokia Siemens Networks’ operations in the region and is also in charge of further increasing the company’s depth and reach in this key region.

Commencing his career as a software testing engineer at Alcatel Australia, Paul has held a wide variety of roles, spanning customer support, R&D, project management, sales, business development and general management. Paul assumed the role of Head of Asia Pacific, Sales at Nokia Siemens Networks on 1 September, 2009 and following company reorganization took on the Head of Sales, Network Systems role from January 2010. Prior to these roles, Paul led Nokia Siemens Networks organization in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

In addition to his role of leading Asia Pacific, Paul holds the position of non-executive chairman of the Australian Securities Exchange listed BigAir Group (BGL), Australia’s largest operator of fixed wireless broadband services.

Born in Sydney, Australia and based in Singapore, Paul holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Ireland and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales. He is married and has two young children.
