Imet s.p.a.

Imet s.p.a. is one of the largest installation companies to which Telecom Italia have assigned construction of their telecommunications networks. Imet has built most of the Telecom network now operational in Umbria and much of those in the Marche, Abruzzo and Lazio regions.

Established in 1981 as a joint-stock company based in Perugia, Imet started to work on the telecommunications market, installing telephone and electricity networks in various different regions of Italy.

Following the evolution of telecommunications infrastructures, it expanded and set up permanent braches in various parts of Italy and mobile work sites wherever needed.
