Moving towards a multivendor future
A standardized and open interface is a key factor in network integration of 3G femto CPEs. Our 3G Femto Solution provides standardized Iu interfacing of CPE and core network via the Femto Gateway.
The Femto Gateway connects to 3G femto CPEs via Iu/IP. A rich variety of CPEs, certified by Nokia Siemens Networks to operate correctly against the open Iu interface, will be offered by globally recognized vendors with existing mass delivery and support channels.
