Although its network performance indicators were all good, Three saw a rise in customer complaints, chiefly with mobile broadband connectivity. An independent survey also revealed it was no longer the top mobile broadband provider in the UK. Nokia Siemens Networks was brought in to bridge the gap between network performance and customer experience. A collaborative Service Management project successfully helped bring Three’s mobile broadband service quality back to the top spot.
